The Smart Schlumpf is the first-ever mobile roll handler to incorporate a laser-guided positioning system. The system uses stored data to automatically stop at one or more spindle heights for easy and accurate roll loading. An easy-to-use pendant control on the handle bar assembly allows the operator to lift, turn and load rolls virtually hands free, which dramatically increases operator safety.
