Product Information

Manual Core Cutters

To use the Manual Core Cutter, simply slide the core onto the appropriate nylon adapter, measure your desired core length, push the operator button, pull down on the knife arm and make your cut. It is as easy as that.

This machine’s innovative circular crush cut knife guarantees a clean, dust free cut that is suitable for cardboard and soft plastic cores. Additionally, cores are driven using rollers rather than a blade or mandrel for improved safety and better cut quality.

Need to change core diameters? No problem. Adjusting your core diameters on the Manual Core Cutter is simple and can be done in just a few easy steps.
